Professor and head of Wesleyan University’s African dance program, Iddi Saaka, taught a one hour workshop at Shoreline Ballet on November 16, 2021. This class was the last of three he led as a recipient of a grant from the Guilford Performing Arts Festival. Participants in the class consisted of students from Guilford High School’s VIP Program which teaches vocational and community skills. Student Eric Lowry, L, physical therapist Lynn Martocci, Gavin Toscano-Popick, and Charlotte Ryan.
